Liverpool Reds Incredible 99 Girls
Finalists in Arlington Showcase Tournament

The Liverpool 99 Girls coached by Becca Lief did an extraordinary job testing the competition amoung some of the finest talent in the '99 age group at the Arlington Showcase Tournament.  This '99 team played with enthusiasm, heart and tenacity as they made their way out of bracket play.  Their heart and dedication to each other was evident as they played proudly game after game.

In the semi-finals against the top FC Dallas team, Liverpool won in a shootout.  Even though the team was outscored in the finals, six well played games yielded champions at heart for this Reds squad.

Becca Lief is a well-respected and gifted coach who has taken this core team and built a wonderful group of players and parents who compete successfully at the highest level here in North Texas.  Watch for the '99 Girls in The Freedom Cup in February where they will be gunning for the Champions Medal in a field of tough competition.
