This season, Liverpool Reds Academy together with Ian Stover Director of Soccer Shots North Texas developed and launched an exciting new program called “Little Reds.”  This program is specifically designed for young players ages 5-6 that are just beginning to develop their basic soccer skills and understanding of the game.  Ian and his staff expertly weave into every session non-stop movement, fun and energy.  The players learn the simple but critical foundations of technique that prove important later in academy and competitive soccer.   But make no mistake, these are not ordinary skill sessions by any stretch of the imagination.  The players are immersed in “Capture The Island” and “Keep Out of the Cabbage Patch” all while learning how to use both their feet and to make decisions with their heads up.
