Michael’s coaching philosophy is to motivate young players with a fun and energetic learning environment.  He further strives to develop each player by cultivating skills they already possess and encourage them in their love of the game. Michael has coached two BESA soccer teams.  His 98 team advanced to the Tournament of Champions in 2009 during their very first season of recreational soccer. Michael took over a winless 00’ girls team whose record was 0 wins and 10 losses during the fall season of 2007 and brought them to a 32 wins- 3 losses-1 draw record in the next four seasons, which included two undefeated seasons. The 00 girls team also took 1st place in the Spring Shootout tournament and third place in 2008 Turkey Shoot , 2009 Coppell Cup and 2009 Fall Bob Wiseman tournament.
