  1. What exactly do I do? As a participant in the Liverpool FC America program, you would be working within a DFW area sporting venue at a concession stand or concession booth. You may be serving drinks, preparing food items, etc.
  2. Can I apply the credit of my time worked to more than one player?  Yes.  All points earned will go towards fulfilling the club dues of one or more players as you have designated on your application.
  3. Can I work with a friend or family member?  Yes you can.  However this would need to be arranged in advance of the schedule being released by the RDP venue manager.
  4. What is an RDP Venue Manager?  The RDP Venue Manger is, like you, a parent with a child on a Liverpool FC America team.  They have one additional responsibility other than to simply work. They will be responsible for organizing, overseeing, scheduling and reporting for each event the RDP participants at a particular venue.  There is an RDP Venue Manager for each venue.
  5. What time would I need to be at a venue?  The start time varies from venue to venue depending on the event taking place.  However a rule of thumb is at least 2 hours prior to the event starting time.
  6. Do I get paid directly?  No.  The compensation for time worked comes directly to Liverpool FC America and is credited according to the point system to your account.
  7. How do I get credit for the event I have worked?  The RDP Venue Manager will submit a report indicating who worked on a specific evening.  That report will be used to credit your player(s) account accordingly.
  8. How do I know what I’ve earned?  The Liverpool FC America RDP program is based on a points system where each event is awarded a certain number of points.  Those points will be credited to your player(s) or team account in the form of dues payments.
  9. Will some events be worth more points?  Yes.  The points system is based on the understanding that some events will require more hours and workload and therefore will be worth more points.
  10. Can I only sign-up for the events worth the most points?  No.  The program is structured to give maximum points whenever possible.  To be fair to everyone the maximum point events will be spread out throughout the program so that everyone has an opportunity for those events.  In other words, the more you work, the more likely you’ll have the opportunity to work the max point events.
  11. What happens when I earn what I need to cover dues?  After you’ve met your dues obligation, you can continue to work and earn money for your child’s team account for soccer expenses.
