Joe graduated from Baylor University in 1994 and began coaching goalkeepers in South Texas until moving to North Texas to play with minor league pro teams and invited to train day to day with the then Dallas Burn (MLS) in 1999, 2000, and 2001.  From 2001 - 2010, Joe worked as the head goalkeeper coach for North Texas Soccer in the Olympic Development Program working with every age for the boys and girls state teams.  In 2009 Joe worked on regional staff as a goalkeeper coach for Region 3 ODP with the 96 girls age group. In 2012 Joe was again on regional staff with the 99 girls and the 95 girls. Currently, Joe also assists the goalkeepers at the North Texas location of the US Soccer National Team training centers.  Joe is a clinician for North Texas, educating team and individual coaches on training their goalkeepers. He teaches the goalkeeper portion of many of the E, D, and C clinics in North Texas. Joe has also led instruction at the Annual General Meeting for North Texas, the SMU Soccer Coaches Clinic, and led goalkeeper education programs for recreational associations in North and South Texas. 

From 2007 - 2012 Joe worked as an assistant coach at Southern Methodist University. He was the goalkeeper coach for the SMU Women's Soccer Team under Head Coach Brent Erwin.  Beginning in 2012, Joe is an assistant coach for the women's team at Southern Methodist University under head coach Chris Petrucelli and will also be an assistant coach with the men's team at SMU under head coach Tim McClements in charge of goalkeepers for both teams.

Coach Dru Wright began playing soccer at the age of 3 1/2 and has played every year since. His parents started Central Jackson Soccer Organization (CJSO), an all black soccer club at the time in order for him to have the opportunity to play in Jackson, MS. He then moved on to play for Rankin United Futbol Club and later Jackson Futbol Club at the latter part of his club career. He went to St. Joseph Catholic School where he earned All-State and All- District awards in soccer and football.   

Coach Dru went to Wake Forest University on a soccer scholarship where he also played football his junior and senior year as a wide receiver and kicker. After graduation he went to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he played professional for a year. He returned to the States and went to play professionally in New Orleans, LA for the Baton Rouge Cult Capitals. He played and coached in the offseason for Chicago Fire Juniors of Louisiana. He recently moved from New Orleans, LA to join Liverpool FC America to further his coaching career in the North Texas market.

Nick Bogdan

Nick Bogdan is a former Goalkeeper with the Canton Invaders of the National Professional Soccer league (NPSL) where he played from 1985-1992). Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Nick earned a B.A from Malone University and an M.B.A From Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business.

While in Ohio, Nick was a Head Soccer coach for the Lake Ridge Academy H.S Boys Soccer Team, an assistant Coach for Brunswick H.S boys soccer team, Goalkeeper Coach with the Olympic development Program (ODP). Nick has served as the Director of Goalkeeper Coaching for Columbus Futbol Club (AKA-Pickerington Amature Soccer Association). In 2009, Nick founded the Ohio Vortex which is a franchise in the Professional Arena Soccer League.
