Liverpool FC 00 Kuyt - 2012 Plano Labor Day Tournament Champions - U13 Silver A
The Liverpool 00 Boys Kuyt team is a very competitive team that plays a great style of soccer conducive to player development. Ball movement and possession are key elements of the style of play.
The team is based in Plano and plays in the CCSAI Classic League. Training sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please refer to the training dates on the Calendar for the training location.
Team Legend - Dirk Kuyt
Dirk Kuyt, born 22 July 1980 in Katwijk aan Zee, Netherlands, wears #18 for Liverpool and is among the hardest working attackers in the game.
Selfless and versatile, he has become one of the first names on the Liverpool teamsheet since signing from Feyenoord in 2006.
He started his career as a striker, but has been converted into a winger playing the position for both Liverpool and the Netherlands national team.
Internationally, he has represented the Netherlands at three major international tournaments, the 2006 and 2010 World Cup and Euro 2008.
He and his wife setup the Dirk Kuyt Foundation to help disadvantaged children in his homeland and the Third World.

The Liverpool FC 00 Boys Kuyt team wins the CCSAI Classic League U13 Division 2 outright.
The Liverpool FC 00 Boys Kuyt team, coached by Wilco Ravestijn, won the CCSAI Classic League U13 Division 2 outright, having lost only 1 game all year. Excellent team chemistry, strong character, and a possession-oriented style of play were the cornerstones of their success in a very competitive division.
As a result of their finish, the team will be promoted to Classic League Division 1 for the 2013/2014 competitive year. Congratulations to the team and coach.
