Champions, NEXT OSC Classic Cup 2012
For the 2012-2013 season we are playing in Classic League D1. For the 2013-2014 season we will be playing in Classic League D2 with the intention of challenging to get promotion back to D1. This team is very competitive and will welcome anybody with a train hard/play hard attitude to join us.

Team Legend - Steven Gerrard
Another local Liverpool boy and current team captain, has seen the club through many of their recent successes. Having been a part of the club since the age of 9, his success is also that of the Liverpool academy system that has produced so many home-grown talents. He is also the clubs leading scorer in European competitions.

Team News
Getting ready for spring league play, the 02 Boys Gerrard team participated in the Legacy Freedom Cup Tournament. The boys battled through illness and injuries, producing solid results against top competition in group play. The semi-final game was a tense match between Liverpool teams. Gerrard had multiple shots but couldn't finish. Liverpool Owen was a man down in the final minutes of regulation but the game went into overtime and then on to penalty kicks. Both keepers made excellent saves, but Gerrard came out on top. The Championship match was a strong finish for Gerrard with a 4-1 win over TFC 02 Boys!
On a roll after winning their last 3 games in the D1 division of Classic League, the Gerrard team hit the road to travel to Norman, OK for the Next OSC Classic Cup Tournament on the 9-11 November 2012.The boys continued their solid possession play and went undefeated in group play. They sealed the deal with a strong 3-0 victory in the championship game in very cold, windy conditions. Flag runner Clay Einspahr provided inspiration to all! Here the boys are running across the field to greet their happy fans at the end of the championship game!
With a final score of 2-0 the Gerrard players became the 2012 U10 Boys Champions at the Guts and Glory Tournament!
Gerrard Undefeated in Tulsa, OK Friendlies with TSC Hurricane Juniors
The Gerrard team traveled to Tulsa, Oklahoma for a weekend of soccer and fun. Gerrard went undefeated in three competitive matches and enjoyed a cookout, a night at Dave and Busters and the hotel swimming pool!
