Bio
John Pace has been coaching soccer for 8 years. While growing up in Fort Worth, John played soccer on 2 Fort Worth all-star teams, 3 city championship teams and 1 Tournament of Champions U-16 winning team. John attended Fort Worth Nolan High School, while on a basketball/academic scholarship. In high school, he played 5 varsity sports, basketball, football, track, golf, and baseball. He attended the University of North Texas, where he earned a degree in RTVF with a minor in Communication. In college, he continued intramural athletics.
John and his wife Connie have 3 children, two daughters, Ellie and Audrey and one son, Corey. Daughter Audrey and Corey both play with Liverpool teams.
John's coaching philosophy is to give a great foundation in technical skills especially in the player’s early years. However, teaching only skills without the love of the game simply means that players will leave the game. John’s players love the game, enjoy a positive team atmosphere and understand the definition of success. John believes strongly in the “Liverpool Way” of creating a great experience for the players, while helping them learn the game.
