Nick is an enthusiastic Englishman who has been coaching for over 12 years, bringing great experience and knowledge to his teams. Nick started coaching in his local community at the early age of 14. Nick attended Buckinghamshire University in England studying Sports Management and Soccer Studies. Freshman year, Nick started every game which resulted in being named Player of the Year as well as Captain for the upcoming year. Due to injury, Nick stopped playing after his freshman year and later went on to become Head Coach of the team. Nick moved to America in 2006 where he continued his passion for developing talented youth players. He coaches the players to use there intelligence and tactical knowledge on the field while being technically sound in all aspects of the game. Nick coaches his teams to concentrate on possession, flair, creativity and high intensity. Nick’s coaching philosophy is that players cannot be afraid to make mistakes. Players should want the ball and want to take on the responsibility for impacting the game, and each player needs to play with a personality. Players need to enjoy the game and have a positive experience every time they step on the field. Nick’s favorite coaching quote is from Stuart Greer – “They will care what you know, when they know that you care.”
