Bio
Ian grew up in the D/FW area where he was an All-Region soccer and baseball player in high school. He played soccer at the collegiate level and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Management. Ian is the Director of Soccer Shots, an introductory youth soccer program serving around a thousand kids annually in North Texas and is currently heading up our Little Reds Academy program.
Ian has extensive youth coaching experience in Colorado and Texas from ages 3 to 18 in various capacities from team coaching to goalkeeper training. He is also an active member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, holding an Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma, National Diploma and National Youth Diploma.
Ian fosters the belief that playing youth soccer teaches many life lessons such as teamwork, leadership, creativity, and having fun. Ian lives in Frisco with his wife Caresa, and daughters Drew and Ryen.
