Liverpool 05 Girls Rush is a very talented group of young ladies. This group continues to grow fast in skill and numbers and will be playing in the CFBAL looking to repeat and build upon their success!
Team Legend - Ian Rush
The greatest goal scorer in Liverpool’s history, with 346 in 660 appearances, and it is hard to see anyone catching up with him in the future. He was voted the most promising player of the year in 1982/83 and followed that by being voted FWA’s and PFA’s player of the year and won Europe’s Golden Shoe for scoring 47 goals, more than anybody else on the continent.

CFBAL Spring Season
After moving up to Platinum division of CFBAL, LP Rush capped off another successful season with only 1 loss. Keep up the hard work girls!
Undefeated Season CFBAL (Gold)
Liverpool Rush capped off league play in CFBAL gold division going undefeated. This impressive group of girls finished the season outscoring their opponents 52-4! Congratulation girls on an excellent season
2012 Champions U7 8v8 Blue Sky Indoor
The Rush girls finished their indoor season as champions with a 2-0 victory over a very talented Liverpool Carragher team. Carragher had beaten Rush in their prior meeting but on championship day the girls put up a ”Iron Curtain” defense that prevented Carragher from scoring. It was a very even and hard fought game. Awesome job girls!!!
Rush '05 Girls in finals of '05 AFC Fall Challenge Gold Division
The Liverpool '05 Girls won their bracket and faced a rematch with DT Davis in the Semis. Rush went on to beat DT Davis 1-0 before facing another very talented DT South team in the Championship. The girls fought hard but came up just short of a victory against DT South. Overall a great tournament and a lot of fun for the girls to play versus a top '05 team in the finals. Excellent work!
The girls went 7-1-1 winning Blue Sky 8v8 indoor with a 3-0 shutout against a boys team to win the championship.
