Team Legend - Ray Kennedy
Ray was a revelation on the left, winning England recognition at last. The move was so successful that it immediately saw off Peter Cormack, who had played in that position for the previous two seasons. By the end of the year, Ray had made the No.5 shirt his own and added Championship and UEFA Cup winners’ medals to the haul he already had from his Arsenal days.
About the Team
The Liverpool 05 Kennedy team consist of a very close group of girls that have grown and accomplished a lot as a team over the past few months. Under the leadership of Coach Natalie Holovach, the team is constantly challenged to improve their technical abilities through ball mastery excersizes, repitition, 1v1 skills, and small sided-games. The girls excell in an environment that is competitive, yet fun, and always look forwad to practice and games.
This season, the 05 Kennedy team will transfering their short game to the big field while playing 7v7 in PSA and SDL(Super Development League). In addition, they will be playing 4v4 in Blue Sky-Allen's Super Kick's league.
The coaches, parents, and players are excited, and look forward to the great things this talented group of girls will accomplish this year! Go Liverpool!

Liverpool 05 Girls Recent News
Liverpool '05 Girls won 3rd place in the 3v3 Live 'Under the Lights' tournament on June 25th. The girls faced a mix of U6/U7 boys and girls teams in a coed division. Our girls did very well and won 8-2 against an '05 Boys team for 3rd place. Great work girls!!
Liverpool '05 Girls Guts and Glory Finalist
After 3 games of tournament play, our Liverpool '05 Girls went in to the championship game ranked 2nd in a rematch with Texas Spirit. They played a very competitive game against a strong Texas Spirit team.
The girls played hard and had a lot of fun in this well organized event.

Liverpool '05 Girls 3v3 Live - Champion
June 4th, 2011 - Our Liverpool '05 Girls did very well in this tournament held at Five Star Sports in the Colony. Our girls took the championship in a great match against a very strong Solar team. Congratulations!!
May 14, 2011 - Our Liverpool '05 Girls group played hard and earned a spot in the championship game at the Kick It 3 v 3 in Dallas. They fought hard in the final game, but were edged out by a strong Nationals FC team.
May 8th, 2011 - Our Liverpool '05 Girls played hard and went undefeated for the championship in the Prime Time Summer Classic tournament on May 7th - 8th.

Meet the current LFC 05 Girls Kennedy Team
Jessica Davis
Jessica Davis: Jessica loves Liverpool Soccer, she says "it's fun." She plays goalie and likes this position because she is the only person that can pick the ball up with her hands. Her favorite food is macaroni and cheese and pepperoni pizza, and her favorite color is light green (like the soccer field). Her role on the team is to be a "brick wall" in front of the goal.
Sarah Baugh
Sarah Baugh: Even though Sarah is a tough defense player, her heart is filled with life and love. She wants everyone to be her best friend and have fun! Her favorite food is chili, with cornbread and jelly. Her favorite color is purple and she is a HUGE fan of Taylor Swift and PINK(knows every song). She puts all her heart and passion into all she does and loves to share her achievements with the world.
Neve Owens
Neve Owens:- Neve loves to play soccer, and joined the team in June 2011. She play's Midfield or Defense and loves the competiveness of those positions.
Favorite food is Pasta, and color is Red – Of Course...... Her role in the Team is the quiet one, but determined when told what to do. She was born in Lincoln, UK but moved to the USA when she was 8 months old. So Soccer is in her blood.
Kaleigh Williams
Kaleigh Williams: Kaleigh (a.k.a. Butterfly) enjoys playing and is all about having fun. She joined Liverpool in January 2012, and is learning all the positions. When it comes to food, she will try just about anything once before saying "that's disgusting", and her favorite color is Pink. She is looking forward to learning how to use her skills to avoid her opponents and not have to rely on speed to keep the ball away.
Sophia Hopkins
Sophia Hopkins: Sophia joined the team in Aug 2011. She loves to play soccer and cheerlead. Her favorite player is Alex Morgan and is the reason she picked the #13. On the field Sophia enjoys playing Forward or Midfield. Her favorite food is macaroni and cheese and her favorite color is purple. Sophia was born in Denver
May Williams
Mya Williams: Mya joined Kennedy in the summer of 2011. She loves playing midfielder and working the field "box to box"! Mya's favorite foods are cheeseburgers and ice cream. She loves to draw, sing and dance when she is not playing soccer, and her favorite colors are purple and yellow.
Abby Gleason
Abby Gleason: Abby joined Liverpool in 2011. She loves playing soccer and spending time with her teammates. Abby usually plays forward for her team, Kennedy. Her favorite soccer player is Mia Hamm. Abby's favorite color is red, and her favorite food is California rolls.
Sophia Sandoval
Sophia Sandoval: Sophia joined LP in 2011. She has three sisters and is the prankster of the bunch. She says she learns more in practice than she does in kindergarten
Jillian Powell
Jillian Powell: Jillian lives to play soccer. She loves playing forward and loves using her speed to get to the goal. When anyone asks what she wants to be when she grows up, she says a professional soccer player. Her favorite color is pink and she loves to eat shrimp. Jillian has 2 sisters and brother. Jillian loves to play soccer, ride her bike, and play outside with all her friends.
