Coach Francisco Mejia, was born in San Salvador, May 20, 1976, a Soccer amateur from the age of 6. Using years of soccer experience, Mejia established part of the Mills Soccer Academy of El Salvador, also known as the Coca Cola Soccer Academy. He attended Garcia Flamenco College and directed a nascent team called Golden Aces in the city of San Salvador. Then, he directed T.N.T. Soccer Club. After this, Mejia emigrated to the United States of America with the dream of teaching soccer. He founded and coached a recreational team when he came to the realization that he really wanted to coach a competitive team. That is where Mejia took the first step with F.C. Arlington United
