Philosophy:
Positive and constructive coaching promotes confident and creative play from my players. They play without the fear of failure, and without the fear of an opponent. Learning to trust their teammates and playing soccer as a team at young ages creates a better understanding of the game and as a result, a player can see and slow down its dynamic flow when under pressure.
My teams work to develop their soccer IQ and skills off the field as well, having homework assigned to them in skill videos, goals to reach, and more. They are expected to compete at their best in practice and in games, but also to respect their opponents and to thank the referee at the end of every match.
