2010 to current, Girls ODP Head coach 94 and Head Coach Girls 99, developmental team and staff training coach for boys ODP for North Texas Soccer. 
2005 to September 2010, I was the Assistant Director of Coaching, for US Youth Soccer. My responsibilities included the implementation of coaching education and training programs across the United States, with the goal of raising the overall standards of coaching, player development and training. I created and implemented coaching education programs that met the specific and varied demands of all US Youth Soccer’s participants and provided unparalleled services for the states, regions, and national levels teams. Additionally in this position I had the following major responsibilities:
 

* Coordinate, schedule and conduct US Youth Soccer/US Soccer Coaching Licensing available for states and regions in coordination with the State Directors of Coaching, Regional Directors, and National Staff Coaches.

* Assist in the implementation and coordination of activities with the State Directors of Coaching, State Directors of Recreational Coaching Education, and State Offices for the purpose of coaching development and education.

* Support the implementation of defined performance standards to measure the success, effectiveness, acceptance, timeliness, and applicability of the coaching programs.

* Assist in creating consistent programming within each state and nationwide.

* Interface with US Soccer staff on coaching education programs and development.

 2002 to 2005, I was the head men’s coach for San Diego Mesa College, San Diego California. The teams overall record was 59 -13- 10. Under my leadership, San Diego Mesa College made three post season tournaments and won the Pacific Coast conference twice. Many players went on to play in four year institutions and or professional teams.
 

2000 to 2005, I worked with the California Youth Soccer Association - South's coaching Development program as a lead staff instructor, teaching C, D, E, F, and Youth Modules. 

2000 to 2005, I was an assistant Olympic Development Staff coach and was part of the girls national championship California South Youth Soccer Association.
While in Cal South I also worked with Villa Soccer Club, Coronado Soccer Club and the Crusaders, their Director of Coaching and Director of Coaching Education.
I'm especially proud to have been the only coach while serving 23 years in the military to have had the honor of training the men’s U.S. Navy (2 years), U.S. Army (4 years ), and U.S. Marines(1 year) soccer teams in inter-service tournaments. I was also selected to train and coach the United States men’s Armed Forces national team (2 years). I was also was a assistant coach with the women’s U.S. Navy soccer for (2 years)
